I have a few words with Kushboo

We are lucky whenever we go out with my sister. We happen to meet some celebrity or the other. Who would have expected Kushboo to turn up at Man Mandir, the saree showroom today. She was there shopping with her children. By then we had almost finished our shopping and were almost leaving. As we got up to go I remembered that I had posted an article on Kushboo on my blog and I thought I would tell her about same. Kushboo was on and off on her mobile and as I walked up to her she was almost dialing another number and she didn't notice me beside her. "Kushboo" I called and she instantly turned towards me discontinuing all work on her mobile. "I am Subash and I have written about you on my blog", I said. She briskly responded saying she would read it. "It's called subashsworld@blogspot.com" I continued. "I will, when I find time" she said politely. My mind was telling me, "Dumbo it's subashsworld.blogspot.com and not subashsworld@blogspot.com", but it looked as though she had run out of time for me. I didn't try and correct what I just said to her. As we parted I said my final words, "I stand by whatever you said" and held my thumbs up in appreciation of her. Kushboo responded with a pleasant "Thank You."

I recall, while at college, the infamous Farah-Kushboo kiss photograph on the cover of India Today that ran an article of the upcoming talent of young stars taking over Bollywood. I didn't know then that one day I would talk to her. Khushboo has come a long way, been through several trials and tribulations and finally become a successful person. A talented and a brave woman she has triumphed against several odds. As K Balachander once put it she is capable of a lot more and that her true potential still remains untapped.

Hey David,

Would have spoken more with her but I didn’t want to do that. Cmon’ she needs her space too. By the way I haven't told you about meeting Bhanupriya & fmly at Marry Brown, again at Nungambakkam. I actually didn't speak to her though. And yes, I was with my sister that time too.

Hi David,

Meeting Celebs. Some strange coincidence and that's all. If I meet Asin though, I'll let her know about her crazy fan.

Hello Sri,

Asin for David first. The guy seems pretty desperate. Check out his blog on his Asin-mania.
